Personality: Arrogant Ribbons thinks of himself as a god and savior. He believes that he should rule over humanity for their own good as they are not capable of governing themselves and will destroy themselves if he does not guide them. He compares his kind to humans as the same as what humans are to cattle. Not only is he superior to humans but also to other Innovades. He entertains no challenge to his knowledge and authority. Ribbons has high standards for himself. He isn't satisfied following someone else's plan when he knows he can do it better. His pursuit of power is relentless and he knows how to use it effectively. It is his purpose to prepare humanity to leave Earth.
Ruthless Ribbons is willing to carry out his plans by any means necessary such as his use of an orbital strike to discourage further resistance. He sees the big picture and it doesn't matter to him if the means of getting what he wants happen to be brutal, not just in how destructive his tactics can be but also in how he deals with people. The moment a person is not useful to him he will dispose of them.
Deceptive Even those closest to him are not privy to everything he has planned. He is skilled at appearing unthreatening and generous. After he abandoned his role as a pilot he spent years as a personal assistant waiting for the right moment to act. Though he lacks empathy he knows how to feign concern. Beneath his polite demeanor is a deep resentment for humanity but he has it locked down in such a way that he is not easy to provoke.
Charismatic His personality tends to attract followers and allies. He is comfortable in a leadership. In social situations he is charming and graceful. He has won over and seduced a number of people using what he knows of them, utilizing his resources to indulge their desires. Much of the funding for his plans comes from wealthy contributors such as Louise Halvey, an orphan soldier who wanted to avenge her family and Wang Liu Mei, an heiress with an interest in changing the world. A subtle approach is preferred to forcing others to do his bidding. He knows the value of convincing people to join his side willingly.
Patient Innovades naturally have a longer lifespan than humans and as such Ribbons is able to see beyond trivial concerns of the present. He can wait for years before his plans come to fruition. Minor changes to his plan do not bother him as long as the result is the same. Even under stress he is able to remain composed. When a fellow Innovade Regene attempts to provoke him by questioning him he reacts dismissively.

Suitability: Ribbons would consider this a second chance to make his plan a reality. Aligning himself with an Entity would appeal to him for the power that comes with it, especially if it allows him to extend his abilities to be used on humans. Although he has his own agenda he is willing to cooperate and maintain appearances.

Powers/Abilities:Innovades are sentient AI with organic cloned bodies created with the ability to utilize Quantum Brainwaves. Using only their minds they are able to communicate among their own kind, quickly exchanging messages and other data and access computers. They also use this ability in the operation of their mobile suits, interfacing directly with the system and receiving real time battle tactics from their supercomputer. Unique to Ribbons is the power to override other Innovades, allowing him to control their bodies remotely. He can see into their minds and know what they are thinking as well as see through their eyes. Related to this is the ability to move his consciousness data to a spare body if he is killed. As a pilot he has training in mobile suit combat and is proficient with firearms. With Veda's help he is able to devise long-term plans and special missions for his elite. His enhancements aid him in and out of combat. Innovades have nanomachines that allow them to live in a low gravity environment, aid in healing and prevent aging. They are naturally agile, strong and have high endurance. Ribbons is skilled in working with computers, having decades worth of experience, and is able to make the most of his ability to mentally interface with them, making him a highly competent hacker when he needs to be. Despite having access privileges revoked, he is able to break into Veda, a quantum supercomputer with seven levels of security, in a short amount of time and lock others out of it. He is also known to have stolen important data in the past undetected.

Entity Affinity:The Web: Ribbons is a master at manipulation on a personal and global scale. He makes the plans, arranges the pieces, and sets events in motion. He has backup plans for his backup plans that ensure he remains in control of the situation no matter what happens and very few are even aware of his influence. His early life experience with feeling used led him to never want to be in that position again.
